  • Maharaja Fantasy Sports is a free-to-play fantasy sports platform.
  • No real money is involved in any part of our services.
  • The Platform is strictly for entertainment and skill enhancement; we do not offer gambling or betting.

2. Eligibility

  • You confirm you are legally competent and will use the Platform for lawful purposes only.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Multiple accounts, impersonation, or the use of bots and automation software are strictly prohibited.

4. Gameplay & No Real Money Clause

Points are awarded based on real match performance. All decisions regarding scoring are final. Maharaja Fantasy Sports does not allow deposits, withdrawals, or transactions involving real money. All rewards (badges, ranks) are non-monetary.

5. Fair Play & Conduct

Users must maintain integrity. Collusion, multi-accounting, and exploiting system vulnerabilities are grounds for immediate account termination. User-generated content must not be abusive, offensive, or infringing on third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, and software on the Platform belong to Maharaja Fantasy Sports. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for technical issues, data loss, errors in scoring, or outages. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
